Refund and Returns Policy

If you are not 100% satisfied with your order you can return it within 14 days of purchase for a refund provided it is unworn and in perfect condition. Please send an email confirming the reason for the return.  We ask that you send the items back to us in the original packaging, with any original labels still intact.

Any items not in resale condition are non-refundable.

No refund will be given after the 14 days in receipt of your order.  

The customer is responsible for the cost of the returned item and this is not refundable unless the item sent is incorrect or faulty.  

Remember, please retain proof of purchase and also proof of postage.

Refunds will be credited to your original method of payment once the goods are received and checked. 

If you are returning an item from outside the EU please make sure you mark your parcel as ‘Returned Goods’ to avoid customs charges.

Sale items are eligible for exchange only.

We cannot be held liable for items lost/damaged in transit and therefore strongly recommend you obtain a proof of postage and return items by First or Second Class ‘Signed For’.
